Digital Communications Strategist
What We Offer:
The selected candidate will contribute to high-priority digital communication projects across the areas outlined below and will also have the opportunity to manage independent initiatives.

Strategic Communications: Develop and implement digital communication strategies, content plans, and storytelling initiatives to drive engagement and brand visibility.

Digital Content Creation: Support the design and delivery of digital assets including social media content, newsletters, blogs, and multimedia campaigns.

Audience Engagement: Analyze audience insights, monitor digital metrics, and optimize communication strategies for broader reach and effectiveness.

Platform Management: Assist in managing organizational websites, social media channels, and email marketing platforms.

Governance & Brand Compliance: Ensure all digital communications align with brand standards, legal guidelines, and organizational values.
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Master’s or MBA program with a focus on Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field with a 3.2 GPA or higher.

Strong understanding of digital communication strategies, brand storytelling, and audience engagement principles.

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in content management systems, social media management tools, and basic graphic design platforms is a plus.

Ability to commit to a full-time assignment in Nashville for the duration of the internship or engagement.
